Senior Fund Administrator, Jersey

Reports to: Executive Director

Role Summary
To provide and assist with fund administration and company secretarial duties for a wide range of fund clients within the Dominion Fund Business. This will include a wide range of asset classes, SPV entities and carry plan vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
➢ Assist with the day to day Fund Administration duties, incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, ensure legal documents are adhered to;
➢ Responsible for your own portfolio of clients;
➢ Ensure structures follow the governing documentation;
➢ Prepare board packs, attend board meetings & prepare minutes, including managing matters arising schedule and ratification logs;
➢ Follow Dominion procedures & checklists at all times;
➢ Responsible for meeting client deadlines;
➢ Responsible for preparing Calls & Distributions & circulating quarter FS and PCAPs;
➢ Possible bookkeeping;
➢ Responsible for all company secretarial registers ( Share Registers, Directors Register, Conflict Registers & LP register) on a timely manner;
➢ Familiar with JFSC registry filings
➢ Maintenance of Navision (CDD only);
➢ Maintenance of Investran (Investors details );
➢ Perform Periodic Reviews;
➢ Ensure investment process is followed and runs efficiently;
➢ Actively take part on client take on procedures;
➢ Responsible for collecting & providing CDD;
➢ Preparation & submission of filings with the JFSC surrounding changes in beneficial ownership and controllers;
➢ Arranging certification, notarisation and legalisation;
➢ Responsible for monthly payment runs and distribution payments;
➢ Manage workload effectively to work efficiently;
➢ Assist main contact for online banking access and changes; and
➢ Ad hoc project work as directed by the Executive Director.

➢ Be able to understand LPA’s and M&A’s;
➢ Good understanding of JPF’s and Jersey Company Law;
➢ Strong team player;
➢ Strong IT skills;
➢ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills;
➢ Can work under pressure;
➢ Self-motivated and pro-active;
➢ Be working towards a professional qualification such as ICSA Certificate/Diploma Or Fund Administration Certificate/Diploma; and;
➢ Min experience in Fund Administration 5 years.
