Michael is an English Solicitor who has worked in the Jersey trust industry since 2005. Michael spent seven years at an independent Jersey trust company and its associated English law firm followed by eight years in private practice at a law firm in Jersey specialising in trusts and corporate and commercial law before joining Dominion in 2021.
A qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Michael’s experience ranges across a wide spectrum including trusts (contentious and non-contentious), corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, financial regulation, intellectual property, tax and conveyancing.
Michael’s primary focus is on private client wealth planning and the administration of structures.
Michael is a graduate of Exeter University and is a keen fan of football and horse racing. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his young family.
