Department: Client Accounting
Reports to: Client Accounting Manager
Role Summary
- To assist with managing the Client Accounting team, effectively and efficiently.
- To assist the Client Accounting Director with any ad-hoc reports.
- To ensure all Client accounts are prepared within the deadlines set by the client or by law.
- To prepare the Corporate Team management accounts and annual financial statements.
- To improve existing processes and procedures regarding the account production.
- To develop and motivate junior members of the team.
- To keep technically up-to-date on FRS 102 (1A) and IFRS accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities

- Strong IT skills;
- Experience of developing and mentoring others;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills;
- Good technical understanding of FRS & IFRS;
- Can work & deliver under pressure;
- Self-motivated and pro-active;
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Client Accounting; and
- Experience with Navision.
