- The family office team were mandated to source off-market residential real estate in prime central London, for a client who was keen to add to his portfolio of high-end serviced apartment blocks. Using our network of clients, trusted advisors and contacts we compiled a short list of suitable ‘value add’ properties. These were discussed with the client before viewings, feasibility studies and negotiations were undertaken and an offer accepted on the desired property.
- An UHNW client acquired a £100m+ off-plan property in central London, for which financing would be required upon completion. With our intrinsic understanding of complex financing, we approached various lenders and alternative financiers in order to source the means to fund the property acquisition at completion, the most suitable of which was adopted by the client.
