Benjamin Chabin

Benjamin is a Risk and Compliance professional with over 18 years of experience in Swiss-regulated banking and financial services, distinguished by his ability to bridge front-line risk and compliance expertise with technology and systems delivery. From external and internal audit through to a FINMA-approved Compliance Officer role and, most recently, Senior Business Risk Manager at EFG Bank, he has consistently sat at the intersection of regulation and technology; leading core banking migrations, system implementations with embedded compliance controls, and the digitisation of front-to-back processes.
Benjamin joined Dominion in 2026 as Group Head of Risk Management and Compliance, with a Group-wide mandate to oversee the integrated Risk and Compliance framework across all jurisdictions in which Dominion operates. A graduate of the University of Geneva and HEC Geneva, with further Computer Sciences studies at EPFL, he is based in Geneva and follows developments in fintech, blockchain and AI with particular interest.
