Iain Millar is a senior corporate and banking law professional with nearly two decades of experience advising on high-value, cross-border transactions across Jersey, London, the U.S., and key offshore jurisdictions. He has acted for global financial institutions, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, trustees, corporates, and UHNW individuals.
Before taking on the role of General Counsel, Iain held senior positions at leading international law firms, where he led on complex financings, restructurings and regulatory mandates.
Iain is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (2008) and holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Exeter, as well as a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School. He has been recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star and Next Generation Partner, with clients praising his commercial focus and technical expertise.
