Ethan Lam
Team Profile
Ethan graduated with a bachelor’s in accountancy from Nanyang Business School. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) in Singapore.
His career has evolved across both global and boutique restructuring platforms, reflecting a deliberate progression from execution to commercial leadership. He began in insolvency and restructuring with international firms before his own boutique private equity and special situations firm. When returning to professional services, he took on senior leadership roles in Singapore to broaden his exposure to distressed M&A, complex capital structuring, and investor-side engagement.
Prior to joining Dominion, Ethan ran his own private practice. His role as Head of Singapore is to foster relationships with the region’s legal, accounting and advisory community. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
When he’s not behind his desk, you can usually find him on the golf course or tinkering with one of his electric guitars.
