Feras has more than two decades of international experience across Family Office, private wealth, fiduciary governance and commercial leadership, with particular expertise in complex trust and corporate structures, cross-border private wealth, succession and wealth preservation.
He has extensive experience working with UHNW families and coordinating complex matters across multiple jurisdictions, bringing together trustees, beneficiaries, lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, banks, investment professionals and corporate service providers. His work has centred on effective fiduciary governance, adviser coordination and ensuring that sophisticated family structures are managed with clarity, discretion and appropriate oversight.
Feras also brings a broad commercial perspective, with experience spanning M&A, due diligence, strategic transactions, international business development and financial services. This combination gives him a practical understanding of both the structures through which family wealth is held and preserved, and the businesses, investments and commercial interests that often sit behind them.
