Sebastien Hayoz
Team Profile
Sebastien joined Dominion in June 2026 as Senior Executive Director and Head of the Swiss office. He trained as a lawyer and has 20 years of experience leading fiduciary businesses in Switzerland, Singapore and international markets.
Reporting to the Group Chairman, Sebastien has full responsibility for the Geneva office. That covers leadership of the Swiss teams across all service lines, client relationships, budgets and strategic planning, and board-level oversight of corporate entities and multi-jurisdictional structures. His remit also includes ensuring client arrangements meet Swiss regulatory and international tax requirements, strengthening risk management and internal controls, and representing Dominion with clients, intermediaries, advisers and regulators.
Sebastien began his career in trust services in Geneva in 2007, rising to head private client divisions at international fiduciary groups. A move to Singapore in 2016 brought Managing Director roles leading regional fiduciary offices, before his return to Geneva in 2021 as Managing Director of an international fiduciary office. Across these roles, he led multi-functional teams, restructured organisations and built client relationships across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia.
Throughout his career, Sebastien has advised UHNW families on succession planning, asset protection, cross-border wealth structuring and family governance, using trusts, foundations and private investment companies. Clients and advisers value his discretion, commercial judgement and governance rigour.
